Paul Gutacker

Paul Gutacker serves as Executive Director of Brazos Fellows, an Anglican community in Waco, TX committed to a common rule of life. He holds the Ph.D. in History (Baylor University) and a M.A. in Theological Studies and Th.M. in History of Christianity (Regent College). He has written several books, including The Old Faith in a New Nation: American Protestants and the Christian Past (Oxford University Press, 2023) and, most recently Practicing Life Together: A Common Rule for Christian Growth (Moody Publishers, 2025). Paul, Paige, and their four children enjoy living in Waco and sharing life with the Brazos Fellows. When he’s not teaching, he enjoys sharing his favorite pastimes with their kids: cooking, fishing, reading, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.

If this is your first credit class at Trinity, or you are not taking the course as part of a degree, please complete the non-matriculated application. A bachelor’s degree is required to obtain credit.
