We Invite You to Visit Trinity!

The Admissions Office is happy to arrange a personalized campus visit for you! If you are a prospective student, you can be a seminarian for a day and experience the life of a student at Trinity. Depending on your interests and needs, a campus visit may include:

  • Participating in Morning Prayer and/or Evening Prayer

  • Joining our students, faculty, and staff for lunch

  • Touring campus

  • Meeting with the Director of Admissions

  • Attending a class of your choice

For those visiting from out of town, Trinity will cover up to two nights of housing!

What to know about Visiting Campus

Please see the FAQs below for more information about our campus visits.

What are the best days to visit?

We welcome visitors year-around, though the best times to visit Trinity are during the fall or spring semester when classes are in session. During the semester, the best days to visit are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, though other days during the week are also available. Visitors who come on Wednesdays may also participate in our weekly morning Eucharist service, offered in our new Chapel of the Good Shepherd in the Trophimus Center.

How long is a typical visit day?

For those visiting for a full day, the day usually begins at 8:15 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. Visitors are welcome to request a shorter visit, if they desire, or to request a longer visit. Typically, a longer visit would be Tuesday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Thursday, overlapping with our Wednesday morning Eucharist service.

What are housing options for visitors?

Visitors who plan to stay overnight are welcome to arrange their own housing accommodations, though Trinity can also help to cover 1-2 nights in a Trinity guest apartment or nearby hotel. Please contact the Admissions Office to inquire about available housing accommodations.

Can a meeting with a particular faculty or staff member be included in my visit?

Our faculty and staff are glad to meet with visitors! Visitors who would like to meet with a particular faculty or staff member during their visit are welcome to request this ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Is there a dress code?

Trinity does not have a formal dress code, though business casual is typical. Visitors are welcome to dress comfortably!

Are there meal accommodations for those with food sensitivities?

Our kitchen staff prepare delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options daily for our lunches on campus. Additional accommodations may be possible, but must be requested at least a week in advance and receive approval from our chef. Please notify the Admissions Office of any dietary restrictions you may have when you schedule your visit, and we will work with our chef to see if accommodations can be made.

Are families welcome to join for campus visits?

Absolutely! Trinity is a very family-friendly community, and family members are welcome to join for a campus visit. For those with very young children, certain parts of the visit day may be easier for them to participate in, such as chapel (Morning Prayer/Evening Prayer), lunch, and the campus tour. For the times in between, there is an outdoor playground and an indoor playroom available that families are welcome to use, if they desire.
