The Church-Based Pathway at Trinity Anglican Seminary is designed for students who want a fully Anglican seminary education but need to remain in their current location.
Most coursework—seventy out of ninety-four required credits for the Master of Divinity—is completed online, making the program accessible from anywhere. You will then participate in eight week-long intensive sessions on campus in Ambridge, PA, spread over four years, where you will study, worship, and build community with peers and faculty.
The program also includes mentored ministry experiences in local churches, ensuring hands-on formation and practical learning within your local context. Scholarships are available for this pathway, making it even more accessible for those called to ministry but unable to relocate.

The Trophimus Center at Trinity Anglican Seminary serves as a central hub for campus life, designed to foster community, learning, and hospitality. It hosts a variety of events and gatherings, providing space for students, faculty, and guests to connect and grow together in a welcoming environment. The Center reflects Trinity’s commitment to forming leaders through both rigorous academics and vibrant communal life.

The Good Shepherd Chapel is the heart of Trinity Anglican Seminary’s worship and community life. It features the iconic Good Shepherd Window, which serves as both a visual and spiritual focal point for the campus.
