Mr. Russell Vincent Warren

Vice President of Administration

The Kitchen Manager role is far more than food service. It is ministry through hospitality. In a seminary setting, shared meals are one of the primary ways our community forms, relationships deepen, and students experience care during a demanding season of preparation for ministry. This position helps create the daily rhythm of fellowship that sustains our campus life.

The person who will thrive in this role is someone who sees hospitality as a calling. They are organized and dependable, attentive to detail and safety, yet relational and warm. They enjoy leading a team, stewarding resources wisely, and creating an environment where people feel known and cared for. Most importantly, they understand that excellence in everyday tasks can be a powerful expression of Christian service.
