Job Summary

The Office Services & HR Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and human resources support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. This role works closely with the Business Office to assist with reporting, payroll processing, and administrative coordination while also managing key HR functions including hiring support, onboarding, and employee records.

Knowledge , Skills, Abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree inAccounting or Business Management / Administration preferred

Prior experience in office administration, HR,payroll, or operations management preferred

Experience with payroll or HR systems preferred

Primary Duties

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding,and HR support
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee records
  • Manage office operations and administrative workflows
  • Support reporting, financial documentation, and compliance
  • Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to:

    Remain in a stationary position 80% of the time

    Occasionally move about, inside the office, to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    Consistently operate a computer and general office machines
