Ms. Christina Thornburg

Ms. Christina Thornburg was introduced to Trinity through a colleague and brought over twenty years of development experience to the role of Director of Development Projects. With a degree in Speech Communications from Penn State and a background in communications, development, and retail, she was excited to bring her skill set to an organization aligned with her own faith.

Ms. Thornburg's work with the Advancement Office helps provide financial stability that allows students to concentrate on becoming future church leaders. She enjoys helping donors with their contributions, assisting with Trinity publications, and managing the online bookstore.

Trinity is a kind and loving place. Having left a long-term position, Ms. Thornburg was concerned she wouldn't find that family atmosphere again. Not only has she felt welcome, but she's been given opportunities to excel in her career. What she's learned about Anglicanism is that it is a beautiful tradition for worshipping the Lord. She has two children in college, one following her footsteps at Penn State, and one studying theater at Kent State. They give her life and keep her busy in the best way. She also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
