Missional Renewal of the Church

June Intensives – Week Two – June 8-12, 2026

Course Description

We will explore what it means to be a missional church today. We begin by tracing the role and vocation of the church in the biblical story followed by theological reflection on the missional church. Then we will consider the relationship of the missional church to the story of dominant culture. Finally, we will think concretely on what this might look like today.

Instructor: Dr. Michael Green
