I acknowledge that the Trinity campus is an alcohol, tobacco, weapons, and illicit drug free campus. By signing this application, I agree to insure that no one who is part of my ministry, organization, or family brings any of these prohibited items on the Trinity campus. I have read and understand both the Trinity Covenant and the Trinity Statement of Faith. By signing this application, I agree to insure that no one who is part of my ministry, organization, or family engages in any conduct that is not in conformance with either the Trinity Covenant or the Trinity Statement of Faith.
