Mrs. Elaine Lucci

When Mrs. Elaine Lucci was asked "Why HR?" during her interview, she answered: "HR offers the opportunity to help others." Trinity afforded her the venue to utilize her gifts while engaging with faculty, staff, and students. When hired in 2013, she brought thirty-seven years of human resource, accounting, and administrative experience, along with ministerial experience serving as a Deacon, Elder, youth ministry volunteer, and small group leader.

Mrs. Lucci's approach reflects Trinity's open-door stance, where support and mentorship are givens. As HR Administrator, she eased stress regarding benefits and payroll. Now on the Advancement team, she provides confidence to donors through accurate gift processing. She retired in June 2024, only to begin a new chapter serving the Advancement team.

What Mrs. Lucci loves most is community life—faculty, students, and staff engaged in Trinity's mission and having fun, along with impromptu prayer gatherings. Her hope is for God's Kingdom to grow through strong, scripture-based leadership and for families to tell the Gospel story. A men's college basketball junkie (Go Heels!), she loves to travel, golf, spend time with her three grandchildren, play pickleball, and plans to learn piano and fly fishing when she retires—again.
