Naomi Dickmann

Mrs. Naomi Dickmann is Administrative Assistant at Trinity Anglican Seminary. She sought the job for the chance to work alongside fellow believers and encourage students from around the world in their calling. Homeschooled through high school, she comes to the role with two years in accounting, eight and a half years in youth ministry, and three in children's ministry.

Mrs. Dickmann believes formation and community start with service. Christ came as a servant, and she takes that as the pattern for any role she holds: using God's gifts to serve students and colleagues in humble reliance on his Spirit. She shares Trinity's desire to equip men and women to plant, renew, and grow churches that make disciples of Jesus Christ. As the wife of a seminary student pursuing a call to church planting, she understands the students she encourages from behind the desk.

Trinity's community has stood out to her since she moved to Pennsylvania, where students and staff have been kind and welcoming, a sign to her that God is at work. Her hope is that God will keep revealing his calling for students at Trinity and send them out as workers into the harvest, ready to sow. She is a mom of one and one of nine children, though she has no plans to match that number. She reads, plays piano, drinks tea, and watches British television, and anyone who spends time with her will hear a stray quote from The Two Towers.
