Bobbi Perkins started out loving maps and making them for a living, but after a short time felt called to what she's even more passionate about: college students. Having had a significant come-to-Jesus moment in college with people walking beside her, she wanted to do the same and moved into college ministry. Trinity became the perfect convergence of her passions for technology, education, and ministry, where she now combines her love for students, tech, and learning to serve the community.
As Director of Academic Pathways, Bobbi creates clear pathways and accessible learning opportunities, especially for distance students, so they can engage fully in their formation. By designing programs and tools that remove barriers, she directly supports Trinity's vision to equip leaders wherever they are. For her, formation starts with relationship—listening first, whether to a student figuring out their next step or a colleague juggling a heavy load. She believes mentorship is walking alongside someone, helping them discover where God is at work.
What Bobbi loves most about Trinity is the sense of community—AG groups, Thursday lunches, and how quick people are to help one another. Her hope is that students have the support they need to thrive rather than burn out, carrying a heart for reaching people often seen as outsiders. She loves exploring the city's restaurants and coffee shops, traveling to national parks and new countries—especially Iceland, where all the horses have the same blonde bangs as she does. Her dog Atlas and cat Gracie treat her like a celebrity every time she walks through the door.
Trinity is to be an evangelical seminary in the Anglican tradition. To this end we develop Christian leaders who can plant, renew, and grow churches that make disciples of Jesus Christ.
